MADE IN BIRMINGHAM TO HOST LIVE, TELEVISED ELECTION DEBATES IN LEAD UP TO GENERAL ELECTION

Made in Birmingham, the leading City TV Station, will hold three live, televised election debates covering the West Midland districts of Edgbaston, Walsall North and Wolverhampton South West on 26, 31 May and 2 June respectively, during the lead-up to the General Election on Thursday 8 June.

The election debates, called ‘Decision Made’ aim to encourage viewers of all age groups to address the local and national issues that are important to them.

The public is invited to join each of the debates, held at Made in Birmingham’s studios, where there will be an opportunity to field questions to candidates from each of the major political parties. Questions can also be submitted via Twitter, Facebook and Whatsapp video messages.

Each ‘Decision Made’ show will be live and one hour duration. The debates will cover marginally contested constituencies and include representatives from up to four parties, including the Conservatives, Labour, Liberal Democrats and UKIP.
